Preparation time: 20 min.
Cooking time: 45 Min.


1 lb. mussels, cleaned
2 lobsters, cut up (shell on)
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. large shrimp, deveined
2 conch, cleaned, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cups rice
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
2 Tblsp. Garlic, minced


1 onion, diced
½ cup olive oil
1 cup white wine
1 ½ cup V-8 juice
2 chicken bullion cubes
2 tsp. Tumeric
1 cup peas

Garnish: Chopped Parsley

Sauté peppers, onions and garlic in olive oil. Remove to baking dish. Sauté rice in the same pan until Golden. Remove to baking pan. Make stock of wine, V-8, bullion cubes, turmeric. Heat and pour over rice-vegetable mixture. Top with raw seafood. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, add peas and bake uncovered for 15 minutes uncovered. Garnish with lots of chopped parsley. Serve with a Sauvignon Blanc.

Note: Precede the Paella with Gazpacho and follow with fruit and Zabaglione
